Due to the nature of personal care products, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was received
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition

Returns for used products cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

Your order will be exchanged and Replacement will deliverd within 7 days .

Time Frame

You must raise the return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Items purchased during special discounts or sales (optional)
